1. What is the maximum lifting capacity?
Container lifting jacks are designed in a way to be able to safely lift even fully loaded 40′ shipping containers. The maximum load is 32 t.
2. Is 140 cm the maximum lifting height?
The standard version of the jacks lifts cargo up to 140 cm because that’s enough in most cases. It is also the most reliable and safe option. In case, you need a different lifting height, we can prepare a tailor-made solution on request. Please contact our sales manager to learn more details.
3. Is it possible to use the jacks on the unpaved ground.
Yes, you can use our jacks on gravel or any kind of less stable surface. In order to do it, you need an optional set of pads. These pads are meant to more evenly spread the load on the surface and prevent any tilting of the container.
4. Is it possible to use lifting jacks for 40′ – 45′ containers?
Our jacks are suitable to use with different sizes of containers. In the case of bigger units, you will need an additional, longer set of hoses to connect the jacks to the central control unit.
5. Are these jacks safe to use?
Safety is always our top priority. Our experienced engineers see to it. It is necessary to read the manual which always comes with the product. Every product is available with CE certification and is designed based on the international standards harmonized with the 2006/42/EC Directive.
6. How long does it take to unload the container from the truck?
After a short training in our warehouse, you will be able to unload the container in 20 -30 minutes. That includes the time necessary to set up and secure the jacks.
7. Where do you manufacture your jacks?
Our products are 100% designed and manufactured in Poland.
8. Is it possible to see lifting jacks in action somewhere?
We can demonstrate the lifting process in our warehouse. At your request, we will prepare a presentation exclusively for you.
9. Do you offer delivery of your products?
We offer delivery in Europe and outside. Our manager will prepare an offer based on your location.
10. How many people are necessary to operate lifting jacks?
One person can easily move the jacks around. In order to use them, you need a minimum of two operators.
11. Can I level the container using your jacks?
Slight adjustments are possible. You can use all four jacks at once or lift them separately. Special caution must be taken.
12. Are these jacks difficult to use?
Our products are designed to be very easy to use. After our training as well as familiarizing yourself with the user manual, you will be able to use them without any problems.
